Customized Travel Itineraries – (excluding Caribbean/Mexico Resort resort itineraries)
$350 Research & Planning Fee per household (non-refundable)
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will research and propose a customized vacation itinerary. The traveler(s) will have a chance to review and ask any questions about the proposal and make minor adjustments if needed.
✧ If the traveler(s) desire a second choice, Travel With Meredith, LLC will provide one for an additional $100 to be collected before research begins.

Caribbean/Mexico Resort Itineraries
$175 Research & Planning Fee per household (non-refundable)
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will research and propose a maximum of two potential vacation itineraries. Depending on your desires, these itineraries may vary in destination, accommodations, transfers, or all of the above.
✧ The traveler(s) will have a chance to review and ask any questions about the proposals and make minor adjustments if needed. If the traveler(s) desire additional choices, Travel With Meredith, LLC will provide one more itinerary for an additional $50 charge, collected before research begins.
VIP Travel Package
$600 Research & Planning Fee per household (non-refundable)
This package includes customized itineraries for all destinations
A minimum spend of $7500/person is required for this package (not including flights)
*Travel With Meredith, LLC only accepts a limited number of VIP clients at one time since this level of service requires more of our time & resources.*
In addition to the services listed above, the following are also included:
✧Booking of commercial flights if needed (booking & coordination of private flights & boat charters are an additional cost)
✧If needed, one additional non Caribbean/Mexico itinerary will be supplied at $50 (normally $100)
✧If needed, a third Caribbean/Mexico itinerary will be supplied at $25 (normally $50)
✧Real-time monitoring of flights
✧Tickets for performances or events
✧Dining reservations if needed
✧Spa treatment reservations
✧Hard and digital copy of travel documents & detailed itinerary
✧24 hour in-destination support
*Please Note* Complex travel itineraries require extra research and may be subject to additional fees. Last-minute bookings will also incur additional fees (90 days or less before travel). This applies to all itineraries.
Additional Notes:
✧ Flights will only be booked if they are purchased as part of the VIP Travel Package or in some instances, a Mexico/Caribbean package and only in conjunction with one of our approved suppliers. Travel With Meredith, LLC is unable to book reward flights.
✧ Travel With Meredith, LLC will only book 4 and 5 star level accommodations & resorts (with some exceptions). Accommodations that are rated 3 stars will only be booked at the client’s request, and with a signed waiver. Travel With Meredith, LLC is unable to book accommodations using reward points.
✧Travel With Meredith, LLC requires a minimum of two nights of accommodations to be booked with us and we cannot book AirBnbs (or similar) due to liability.
✧We are not able to provide a price breakdown of each component of a proposal. Our travel partners have negotiated contracted rates with hotels, tour operators, and transfer companies that are proprietary.
✧Group Travel Services - Pricing starts at $500 and will vary depending on the needs of the group.
✧ Cruises –Travel With Meredith, LLC books select ocean cruises, marine expeditions, and river cruises. (Research & Planning Fees start at $200/household for cruises)
✧ Domestic travel (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) booking is limited to group tour bookings with Travel With Meredith's, LLC approved travel partners.
