If you’ve never worked with a travel advisor before, you’re not alone.
And one thing to know right away is that not all travel advisors work the same way. Every advisor has a different approach, different partners, and a different level of involvement.
So instead of speaking broadly, I want to walk you through exactly how I work with my clients and what you can expect when we plan a trip together.
Many of my clients come to me after spending hours researching, opening way too many tabs, and still not feeling confident about their decisions. That’s where I come in and simplify the entire process.
Here’s what it actually looks like to plan a trip with me.

Step 1: Start with a Consultation
Everything begins with a complimentary consultation.
This is where I learn how you like to travel, what matters most to you, and what you want this trip to feel like.
We’ll talk through your destination ideas, priorities, timing, and budget so I can start shaping the right direction from the beginning.

Step 2: Research & Planning
After our call, I’ll send a recap along with my research and planning fee, terms and conditions, and a traveler information form.
Once that’s complete, I begin designing your trip.
I work with trusted, specialized partners who are deeply connected to your destination. These are the people handling the details on the ground, from accommodations to guides and experiences. This is what allows everything to feel seamless once you arrive.

Step 3: Your Custom Proposal
Once your itinerary is ready, I’ll send a proposal along with a short video walkthrough.
This gives you a clear understanding of how everything flows and why each piece was selected.
From there, we refine things together until it feels right.
Step 4: Booking & Finalizing
Once approved, I begin confirming all components of your trip.
Everything is coordinated together so it works as one cohesive experience, not a collection of separate bookings.
Step 6: Support While You Travel
Once you’re traveling, you’re not on your own.
If something comes up, you have someone who already understands your trip and can step in quickly to help.

Step 7: After You Return
After your trip, I follow up to hear how everything went.
This is part of how I continue to refine what I recommend and ensure every trip I plan is even better than the last.
Let’s Start Planning
If you’re thinking about your next trip and want it planned thoughtfully from the start, I’d love to help.
I work best with clients who value their time, want a well-designed experience, and prefer to have someone guide them through the process rather than piece everything together on their own.
